Calming Poem:
Ylang Ylang whispers, Lavender’s touch,
Like water’s gentle cradle, I float as such.
Lying on back, in waters so clear,
Skyward I gaze, all worries disappear.
“Calm Me Down” whispers, a serene sound,
As fragrant waves of peace surround.
Frankincense embrace, a soothing caress,
Cedarwood’s warmth, a gentle finesse.
Chamomile’s tenderness, like a soft, clouded gown,
With Palo Santo and Patchouli, peacefully I am safe and sound.
While essential oils can offer various aromatic and potential wellness benefits, it’s important to use them with caution. Essential oils are highly concentrated and potent substances. Before applying or using any essential oil, it is advisable to conduct a patch test to ensure there are no adverse reactions. Individuals with allergies, skin sensitivities, or underlying health conditions should consult with a healthcare professional before incorporating essential oils into their routines. Additionally, pregnant or nursing individuals and children should exercise extra caution and seek guidance from a qualified healthcare provider. Essential oils are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always follow recommended dilution guidelines, adhere to proper usage instructions, and keep essential oils out of reach of children. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
